In yet another installment of "I am no longer an 18 year old", I have discovered that dancing the night away in heels equals very painful knees.  I have always known this, but I think I used to choose to dance the night away in flats, trainers, and flip flops.  Even my comfiest and most supportive heels seem to bring pain to my joints.  Ouch.  ( Read more... )

I just made my great-grandmother's potato salad for lunch. My little local Tesco had neither white vinegar (who doesn't carry white vinegar?!) nor red potatoes so I was forced to substitute cider vinegar and white potatoes.
