I've made a resolution to lose weight pretty much every year. One year, I actually pulled it off. Starting at the beginning of November 2005, I started Weight Watchers for the first time. Christmas was pretty hard this year. You can never fill a hole left by a loved one, especially when the leaving happens so close to a time when family is so important. I feel so bad... this morning I finally got home around 7:45am or so, and found my phone (I had left it at home when I headed off to class the night before) with 18 missed calls, 8 new text messages, and 4 new voicemails. I'm sooo sore right now, but I feel so much better. Other than my horseback riding I didn't get any exercise last week at all, and I finally made myself do my pilates tape tonight. Valentine's Day was so wonderful! I didn't have to go to work because we had been so slow on Monday, I didn't feel like going to my music class so Laura and I hung out instead, my english class right after that was cancelled... so nice! I got a bunch more reading done, so I might actually have some hope of getting this book read by next lit class ( Read more... )
