So Yuletide assignments are out. Mine will be a challenge. But it's not "mission impossible"... yet. It's the early days, so I'm hopeful.

Variety is reporting that ABC is putting together a new adaptation of the "V" written by the "4400" producer Scott Peters.

jordannamorgan, do you remember a V read-along book? I wasn't aware of it. The whole site is filled with equally scary memories of my misspent childhood.

I'm really torn. The creator of the V mini-series, Kenneth Johnson, has written V: The Second Generation, set twenty years after the first mini-series. He's effectively ignoring V: Final Battle and the tv series. I know Johnson really wasn't involved after the first mini-series, but I don't know, it seems weird to veer off that way.
