I posted a long recap of my adventures at the NoVaTeen Book Festival. Some authors were veterans and others were making their debut. I enjoyed the event heartily with some grumps on maps for finding the right entrance at the high school. For some reason, I distinctly remember reading that an early version of the opening of the first "X-Men" movie included a scene showing Storm's early years in Africa. Am I misremembering this? Was this a fannish suggestion or was it part of the original script?
