It feels like its been ages since I last blogged.. well about a week I gather.. but maybe its the change in country/ climate and time zone which makes all the difference.  It's been really cold and wet in Melbourne lately- and I don't do well in cold climates.

Take into account that

1. I don't actually have proper shoes (because i wear my birkenstocks 98% of the time when I'm in Singapore) and only crappy open ones which leave my feet 80% exposed to cold ( this often includes my toes) and
