Etsy v.2
So, I have my Etsy page up and in full swing. I decided to add wish/jewelry boxes to my goodies, I think I overdid my first attempt. I have a second box with an actual drawer drying right now waiting for me to go paint the pentacle on it, and seal it. It's going to be mine, for my couple of nice pentacle necklaces, so it will be lined in velvet.
Must take alice0 's advice and stick a roofing nail down in the Tacky Glue. What a pain in the ass they are when the stupid glue dries in the applicator.
I also need to get the 3 VooDoo PIncushion dolls done this week I have an order for. She wants elastic bands so they can go on the wrist for ease in hand sewing and quilting and the like...considering wrapping the elastic, but I'm not sure in what. The dolls are felt, not many fabrics I can match and have look good. Hmm. I'll have to think more on it.
I also need to make or find a pattern for a knitting needle holder. Joann's has some, but damned if they aren't ugly. I have a huge Hello Kitty tote I use to hold my yarn and needles. I use bamboo knitting needles (earth friendly, renewable resource, and they feel awesome after they warm up in your hands), and I've already broken one tossing my bag about. I got the fabric and some batting today to make it. A nice crisp white with cherries all over for the outside, and a red with small white polka dots for the inner fabric and tie off.
Brain is turning to mush. I think that means sleep time.
