So, I have my Etsy page up and in full swing.  I decided to add wish/jewelry boxes to my goodies, I think I overdid my first attempt.  I have a second box with an actual drawer drying right now waiting for me to go paint the pentacle on it, and seal it.  It's going to be mine, for my couple of nice pentacle necklaces, so it will be lined in velvet.

Maybe a jersey knit or a fleece for the elastic casing?

For the knitting needles, look at the roll up make up brush or paintbrush holders with the elastic bands? slip the needles in the elastic, roll into a tube. Velcro closure to hold them. Then maybe slide that into something like a poster mailer or something... stiff round tube, and cover that with your (awesome) outer fabric.
