Beth and I went to the Mercury Lounge last night to see Rasputina. I'd never been there before. There are a few bands I like that used to play there, but it's a small venue and they outgrew it before I saw them live. Beth and I went down to South Jersey this past weekend, and brought the cats with us. We still haven't found a vet in New York, and they were overdue for a check-up. Also, we don't like to leave them alone for long periods of time. Interestingly, within the past week or so, I found links to rumors about the locations of both Biblical arks, Noah's Ark and the Ark of the Covenant. I seem to recall that, when I first learned about these two arks, I didn't know why the translation used the same word for both, when the latter wasn't a boat.
