I wanted to post some choice quotes from this article but you should really just read it in its entirety. It explains a lot of what is frustrating with regards to bureaucracy in this city.

Some back story is that our mayor is insane and attempts to control precipitation by shooting lasers into the clouds. I'm serious.

Holy shit. Jermain Defoe scored five goals and Tottenham beat Wigan 9 to 1. 9 to 1. They doubled their goal differential in one game. Second biggest margin of victory in the history of the Premiership. Defoe scored three goals in seven goddamn minutes.

Dots and Loops is just as good, if not better, than Emperor Tomato Ketchup and I will explain, in depth, if anyone (no one) is curious (doesn't respond because they (are afraid) don't care).

Cats apparently aren't that bright. Dogs passed a similar test so long as the strings were perpendicular, but couldn't work out angles. Crows passed this test regardless of the strings' arrangement.
