Our library was closed for a month for renovations. I finally got in to see it today. What I saw was:

light-colored carpet that brightened the old low 1960's style round building
I like it but I wonder how it will stand up to heavy traffic and repeated cleaning.

I am almost over my post-election news ban. I prefer to let the bad news trickle in rather than rush over me like a torrent. Though I'm a band-aid ripper rather than a peeler.
