Parent teacher conference day
Today is Parent Teacher Conference Day.
I wish I was smarter or braver or preferably both.
I have to deal with a biased teacher, who is personally biased against my son. She is a piece of work. I have butted heads with her before. And complained to the Vice Principal. Which may have been a mistake but God, really? Who makes it their mission in life to lord it over 14 year olds?
I am also debating whether to either complain or at least enlighten these Pollyannas about the bullying in their little Paradise. It is Christian bullying with a heavy side of anti-gay, anti-black, anti-Muslim rhetoric. My little guy insists on standing up. So proud and so scared, all at once.
Wish it was over.
