I'm about to leave for work...
But I digress. Yesterday I got up at 6, paid bills, went to the farmer's market (spring!), took a shower, worked 8 hours, grocery-shopped, came home, ate dinner and noodled around on my computer while watching another almost-boring Doctor Who. R went into work when I got back, and came back after I was asleep. This morning I'll go to work again, but THEN R and I are taking #2 to a minor-league baseball game, where his chorus group is singing the national anthem to kick it off. *beams*
I"m almost too tired to go, but I'll like it once I'm there. Wish I drank beer.
Last night I spiffed up my personal fanfiction lists, both the roster of posted work and the alpha list of final versions of each story. I noticed that with my latest posting I have 80 stories up at AO3 and 100 stories up at ff.net. I am trying to get the lists in order so I can resume/finish archiving at AO3. The roster has posting dates and is still not finished as of this morning. Housekeeping, it is boring whether online or off.
I thought this Doctor Who was going to tell us more about the Tardis, not more hints about Mystery Date Clara. *yawns* We did get to see some good interior bits but way too many pulsing colored corridors. More boring than nightmarish. Was that plush phone box Tardis a toy of Melody's? So now Clara knows his name and may or may not forget it once time re-set. All leading up the Fields of Tuzanoor (wait. that's not right ;) and The Name of the Doctor. I keep hearing The Name of the Rose. Maybe his name is Rose? That would be one-up to the fans.
In any case, Hide is my favorite so far this season, and only for the parts without Clara and the Doctor. Which is a bit telling, isn't it?
