And here we go again. After very cold days with lots of snow we had a very fast thaw which now turned into a new snowstorm. We received more than 10 cm of new snow here! And it is still falling ( Read more... )

Falling. I mean snow.There will be a good exercise cleaning it around the house in the morning! Well, you won´t see any snowploughs here. Our road is " not significant".
Well, there will be thaw on Sunday, maybe even tomorrow afternoon. We will see!

Snow covered Europe. Germany and Austria got the worst but also Czech mountains. Thousands of people have no power, some places cut off. With a week delay but he has arrived just now. Yes, it is snowing. After bright, freezing days the situation changed. It is dark now but I can see the white cover in the lights of street lamps. Today it started before 7am very mildly...then it changed into a milky day, caused crazy chaos everywhere, made cleaning it away impossible, prevented me from my regular afternoon walk with Rocky, caused something like an attack of birds to all my 3 feeders...and such:
