Yay!
I'm back! Well, sort of. I've just plugged my laptop into my roommate's phone jack, and, er, my internet works. So it turns out that my POS computer is not so POS-y after all. *pats Toshiba*
So anyway, my roommate will be back in town Wednesday, and I have to work today and tomorrow, but I'll try to get online some tonight and tomorrow night and do some things, including glancing through the old flist, friending new friends (hi!), updating the old site (sorry it's taken so long, mysid!), and reading and sending feedback for some stories (oh, and looking at art).
I've also sort of solved my money/school situation -- I just got a new job yesterday that'll pay me enough money to keep up with my bills AND will work around my school schedule, so not only will I not be broke as a joke, but I'll still graduate this semester. Phew! I can always use the school computers, then, if my room's phone jack doesn't get fixed.
I rented a game called Baten Kaitos yesterday. I'm hooked! Anyone else play it? *crickets*
Gah, there's just so much to do now. I've been working on my FQF story on Word (ew) and it's coming along, though not finished. When's the deadline, again? Was it at the end of the year? Crap, happy birthday to scribbulus_ink -- I was supposed to have something for you, and it's not finished. You'll get it late, but you'll get it! Hope you had a good one!

Just saying a quick hello, that I'm sort of back for a few days and then for a whole semester once it starts, and that I'll be doing all those things that I've been wanting to do and haven't. I'm sure I've missed some big stuff these past few weeks. What's been going on? Any huge, must-read stories or must-see art? Any big happenings in RL? Anyone getting married? Having kids? Getting laid? Watching gay porn? Anything? Let me know if something has happened that I might be interested in these past few weeks, and I promise you a drabble of your choice of pairing.
