I actually worked out today. It has been far too long, so I started off slow.
Just 5 pound hand weights and a loping uphill jog on the treadmill.
I also made bagels!!! From scratch! And they actually turned out both looking and tasting like bagels! Cinnamon raisin. Yum :)
I am actually disproportianately proud of myself.
