Gah, I have a cold or something... might be strep throat but we're not sure yet. We're the white spots from just overnight or from strep? I have a lovely history with steap... I've been a carrier a few times, kept giving it to my family but I never would get sick. I gave my dad strep sinus (not fun for him!) and it's made me sick a few times...
So now I can't talk, my throat feels like I rubbed it against a cheese grater, I have a fever, just general *bleh*. Plus, my already larger than normal tonsils have swolen even more; which means my gag refelxs is really sensitive right now. i used my Advar (athma medicine, it's an inhalier) and I almost puked, not because of the taste (wich is bad) but the gag refelx thing. I gargled salt water this morning, and that failed.
This whole gag reflex thing isn't new though. Until a few years ago, I couldn't stick my tongue out at anyone without coughing. I've since figured out how to stick it out without chocking myself ;)
Well, we'll see. I might get a rapid strep test... but I think the corpsmen get way too much fun out of making me gag... "Oh, blood, that means it was a good swab" *glare*
