I skipped the last three Heroes episodes because I was finding them stupid and boring, but I watched "Brother's Keeper" because I knew Adrian Pasdar would be in it. Some things in the episode are really dumb if you think about them and Hiro continues to be an imbecile, but otherwise I liked a lot of this episode. ( spoilers )

My bad week for TV continues... or it may actually be a good week in some ways. I found tonight's Heroes so annoying that 20 minutes in I turned away at last and perhaps forever.

This episode of Heroes was so ludricrous. This show has jumped the shark so hard that it can't even see the shark anymore. It's continuing the wussification of Sylar. Did everybody meet each other at some point? And the coincidences are ridiculous! ( spoilers )

I recently borrowed two parts of an erotic anthology, Shifting I and III (edited by Rob Knight), that had problems for me but also underscored why I'm not much for werepeople in fiction ( Read more... )
