Folks have asked about how my Lenovo IdeaPad 320-15IKB is versus the two HP Pavilion 15-bs131nr laptops I tried and returned. The IdeaPad is more utilitarian-looking, which is more disappointing than I would have expected. It too drops the Wifi connection at times, though it generally picks it back up after a little time, an improvement over the Pavilions. The problem I had with the USB ports on the IdeaPad regarding my iPhone connecting appear to have stopped now that I have a new USB cord to replace the falling-apart one I was using before, though sometimes my IdeaPad's Photos program can't recognize that I have photos on my iPhone to transfer, which is something that's happened at times with my old computer and the two Pavilions and I have no idea why in any of these cases. This IdeaPad has two USB ports versus the Pavilions' three, which is okay, and the IdeaPad also has an internal DVD drive, something I wanted. I'm still getting used to where things are placed on its keyboard. Sometimes when using the mousepad on the IdeaPad my cursor shifts much easier than on any laptop I've used, which I have to get used to and try to bring it more under my control.
