Menus and Recipes That Will Bring Old Dutch Oven Goodness To Your Table
This tiny booklet from Westinghouse Electric Ranges is from the 1920s. This particular one was distributed by El Paso Electric Company. I think they were for the person who was new to using their new electric oven. Its former owner has written some notes, but I'm not exactly sure what they're for.
I'm not really sure what a "triplicate pan" is. Anyone?
