Got a free skein in the mail today. Patons had a promotion for a free skein of their new wool yarn if I sent them 3 labels of Simply Soft. I have the coolest friends! Another example. Sam came over to game with us today. He brought a big grocery bag from his lady, Liz. The instructions to him were to drop it in my lap and tell me it's for the babies. My first outing with the new spine was last night. I got to ogle the Lion Suede yarn. Waterlillies Print. OMG it's gorgeous. In my myriad of yarn acquisitions, I received what looks to be half a skein.
