So I've been going to Physical Therapy for couple of months now for some chronic back pain. This Thursday they had me doing a new exercise, in which I got on all fours and had a cane placed upon my back so that it was balanced with both ends sticking out to my sides, then alternated kicking out one leg into the air. Okay. So. First things first. In June, Kelsey & I agreed to break up as soon as our lease was up - which fluctuated and changed to when Jeff moved out. So Jeff moved out on June 11th.
