I can do stuffs!

I actually went out and did fun stuff on Saturday.

So a few days ago - and by that I probably mean like a week or two, my sense of time is all screwy lately - I had more-or-less casually mentioned to Keith that I wanted to get out more. At the time he didn't particularly respond as it wasn't particularly responsible. I had tried to invite him to go tubing on Saturday, and he said he might go.

Friday rolls around and he says he can't make tubing 'cuz he's going to a show on Saturday; then I told him my plans had fallen through and thus he promptly said that I could come to the show. I still kinda think it's a coincidence that I mention I want to go out more and then less than a week later an opportunity arises to go out; yes, I had been planning on tubing but he may have been aware that the plans fell through. And this wasn't the first time that I'd said something and then it something related magically happened later without me asking about it. Yeah, that sentence makes a whole lot of no sense, I think. It's the end of work and my brain is sleepy.

Anyway, it was fun. We saw this scandanavian psychedelic rock band called Dungen, which was pretty good, at this place called the Mohawk on 10th downtown. We got there way early and just chilled with a couple of drinks for a while, talking and whatnot. And for a guy who supposedly isn't particularly into PDA, there was quite a lot of couply holding hands, kisses, etc - it was all very date-like though neither one of us used that word.

On the way back to the truck he (tried) to sneak up behind the people that were the guard-whatever people for the parking lot, failed, and asked the dude a rather off-the-wall question to which he responded to. Also randomly shouted something at the top of his lungs as we were walking down the street - and not random, it was related to something we were talking about - oh, right, the detrimental effects that the Prius has upon the environment, apparently their batteries are put together from a lot of rather environmentally unsafe places.

Out.
