I've owned the game for 6 years this summer, I think. I've always started it, over and over again. And never finished it. Finally, I did. Now, I will admit I'm not very thrilled with it. The plot's alright, but nothing to write home about. It's no Baldur's Gate. But I FINISHED IT, goddamnit. I'm happy.

I was trying to find a way to play a dryad as a race, but I'm not really sure about this. She doesn't have a level adjustment. I think she would be at least + 4, and that would be too high for applying a template on top of that. Which I don't have to do, of course, but I don't think a dryad by herself is quite what I had in mind ( Read more... )

Okay, so there are at least two excellent gaming stores in the twin cities. One, Phoenix games, seems to have risen from the ashes to sell again. Phoenix games has more RPG books than I can count, both new and old. They also have lot of board games, though all of them used.
