    Darker Than Black likes to show pretty falling stars in its opening credits. Thing is, in that series, the stars are fake (being part of an Alien Sky) and are tied to the lives of Contractors. So, every falling star represents a death.

So, I've been wanting to app as Nill of DOGS at neo_rpg for awhile now. Like, since I realized that the previous Nill dropped awhile.

Well, I figured out someone that might be interesting to play over at neo_rpg. Only thing is, the series was liscenced and scanlating was dropped at 12 chapters, and it seems as though all the links to download raws were taken down.
