Sunday: Shrimp Risotto with Black Eye Pea salad (Risotto halfed and adapted from here, Pea salad is fresh peas (when found!), mango, cilantro, onion, cumin, lime juice and olive oil)

didn't do menus for the past couple of weeks due to travel, etc, so here we are back again!
