In an effort to be as proficient (and healthy and thrifty) as possible, I've
FINALLY started making weekly menus .Our days of 'winging it' are
over..except for
Saturday nights.
Last week:
Sun - balsamic + fig marinated steaks, grill potatoes, salad
Mon - red beans and rice, peas (freezer stock)
Tu - sundried tomato meatballs w/ gnocci
Wed - tuna melts w/ salad
Th - leftover meatballs
Fri - pepperoni bread w/ salad
This week
Sun - honey buttet pork loin, roasted sweet potato wedges, buttery
broc/cali/snow peas
Mon - tortilla pie, salad
Tues - leftover pork
Wed - black bean soup, salad, cheesy bread
Th - porcupine meatballs (new), green beans
Fri - butternut squash raviolli (frozen, new), salad
