I didn't turn my heat on last night, and as a consequence the house is cool. So far, however, it's been bearable. I still think I'll invest in a set of flannel sheets & an electric blanket before it gets downright cold here ( Read more... )

The neighborhood picnic was wonderful--a big juicy hamburger with tomato, cheese, mayo and catsup, chips, brownies, Mike's Hard Lemonade and water!
