Cars cars cars
So it appears our 94 Honda Civic has reached the point where it's just falling apart. It's got over 200,000 miles and the engine needs to be replaced and the radiator leaks. Rather than spend thousands of dollars on it to make it roadworthy again, we are going to donate it and get a new car -- or a new used car.
What we are looking at is the Nissan Versa or the Hyundai Accent. We are trying to keep the price under 13,000. Absolutely under 15,000.
Anyone have any thoughts about those models? Is there any reason we absolutely shouldn't buy them? Or thoughts of how to go buy this? We went to several dealerships but they all seem rather slimy and the prices they quoted were jacked up and random, I suppose with the idea that we'd talk them down. I hate haggling.
