Everybody who did 30 Day Shred today (or plans on starting in the next couple of days), e-mail me at velocityofsound at gmail and I'll set up a little e-mail chain/support group for us! If we actually kick ass and stick with it, thus creating a decent influx of e-mails, we can come up with a Plan B before we irritate our Inboxes. I don't think everyone is on Twitter, so I think this is the most logical plan for now.

In hilarious spam news, remember the t-shirt company I was very mildly mocking the other day? They have anonymously commented to my journal to defend themselves. AWKWARD. Other than providing a helpful reminder that I should be more diligent in my use of URL anonymizers, however, I find their defense of Scriptina lackluster. And I can't even reply properly:
