Stovetop baking
I dabbled in some stovetop baking the other day (my oven doesn't want to work and I really wanted home-made pizza). I was quite please with my efforts using a large cast-iron pot and then sticking the pizza on a pizza stone under the grill until the cheese went crispy. What I would really like is some good yeast-free pizza dough recipes (ie. using self-raising flour instead of yeast or anything like that) and anything else that I could bake without an oven, I'd love to make some yummy savoury breads and things like that
