I love it when they bring mythological characters into the show, so I enjoyed the Whore of Babylon plotline.

I can actually see 5.04 coming to pass, and it terrifies me. I love, love, love angsting Cas, but the HEARTACHE.
The moment he showed up drunk, I was just... horrified. I mean, sure it's fun and provides a bit of humour, but it wasn't so much funny as it was freaking devastating.
That moment where he got into Sam's personal space? LOL. Loved that. DON'T ASK STUPID QUESTIONS.
I loved the conversation he had with Dean, even though it was short. I feel for Cas so much. I can't imagine what it must be like to suddenly feel so much when you haven't felt a thing in eons. And when he asked Dean how he handles it... CAS, YOU'RE BREAKING ME.
And Dean. Poor Dean, I don't even know where to start on that one.
And Sam. Christ.

Ok, so I have to admit that I was pissed at first that Dean drove to see Lisa to spill his heart out. I mean, your brother and best friend are hurting in more ways than one, and you drive to see your one-night-stand?
But then, when it occurred to me what he was going to do... it at least made a little more sense. Especially when he confessed how much he'd wanted a life with her. And I actually felt for Lisa, too, because she seems to damn terrified. I mean, how the fuck do you react when your fling who hunts monsters shows up at your doorstep and tells you to buckle up, because it's going to get ugly? And the way she grabbed his hand and tried to prevent him from doing "whatever it is you're going to do." And fuck, the look on Dean's face throughout their whole conversation.
DEAN IS PLANNING ON SAYING YES. HE HIS PLANNING ON SAYING YES TO MICHAEL. OMGOMGOMG.
Just... fuck.

My reaction is basically "omg" and heartache.
I love it. Please keep this up for the rest of the season, show.
