The Vegan Society and Environment Films have come together to produce a contemporary film about the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle. With views on veganism from a wide variety of people, including chefs, an MP, atheletes, a dietician, environmentalists, stock free farmers and a poet it's a rather excellent film.

I am curious as to what you all think of the movie "Earthlings". I personally thought it was great and it further validated my reasons for being vegan. I watched it for the second time today and this time I cried even more.

I just wanted to tell everyone THANK YOU for letting me know about this movie.  I had no idea it was out there and I just watched it tonight -- God, I feel like I was emotionally drug around by a tractor.  I watched it for free but I am buying it so that I have something to show people, and to watch every now and then myself so that I never get too ( Read more... )

Does anybody happen to know of any Peta videos or likewise revealing the cruelty of dairy farming??  I'd like to have something like that in my arsenal when asked why I'm VEGAN and not just vegetarian.
