So, I've been experiencing a weird issue with bagels. Almost every time I eat one, whether it is store bought or from a bagel place, I get a really upset stomach and have to go to the bathroom immediately afterward. So, I went vegan a little over a month ago. Before that, I was eating A LOT of cheese. This may be TMI: ever since then, my poo has been very different. It smells really weird, and sometimes horrible. And it's always soft, but I was expecting that because cheese tends to constipate people. Has anybody else had these problems after they went vegan
