It's been a while, but I am back for a minute or maybe more :). I am still vegan of course :). However. I have been vegan for three years and I am still farting more than I think I should! Maybe I am just not eating healthy enough vegan food or working out enough. I like stuff that's easy and quick to make. For lunch I have been eating vegan tv dinners at work, and sometimes leftover spaghetti and/or tofu stir fry. For breakfast I'll have a clif bar, banana, and some kind of juice. Dinner I sometimes have a tv dinner or the spaghetti, stir fry, vegan tacos or vegan burger, or soup or vegan ramen with some kind of canned vegetable. Then for dessert sometimes I'll be naughty and have oreos, or I'll have something else like annie's choc. bunnies or something. Sometimes I have nuts for snacks, or some kind of whole grain cracker. I have not been motivated to work out too much. Lot goin' on. That's another story. I have a sit down desk job. I have been doing a kettlebell workout on avg. 2 times a week which I know I should do more. Just bought a bender ball which I am going to try because the area I would like to lose in is of course my 'spare tire'. I also saw someone suggesting to take some kind of enzymes with my meals and that cuts down on the flatulence? Maybe someone can elaborate more on that for me as well?
I do have a bowel movement around 2 times a day, once in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon, however, I don't always have the easiest time in the world feeling like I have um, pooped it ALL out each time. Ya I know. Gross. Anyway my farts don't always smell, but it does seem they happen more at night in bed and my b/f says I fart in my sleep sometimes and it's noisy. Ya. Embarassing. So help! Any suggestions are much appreciated.
