My Dad brought me home a kohlrabi today in the hopes that I knew what to do with it. After faking a smile and saying "Yeah, I'll whip something up.", I have no idea where to start.

So, any kohlrabi recipes would awesome right now.

i have 2 kohlrabis that i've had for a week. i have no idea what to do with them. they're not as firm as they were last week. i hope they're still good. anybody have experience with them and know what i can do with them?
