Shortbread
Hey guys,
I was thinking of making shortbread, I used to love it but haven't had it since being vegan. 6 years without shortbread!!!
Have any of you guys tried before? It should be fine, it doesn't really call for any non-vegan ingredients but was wondering if vegan margerine was as good as dairy in it or if it would be unbearably greasy.
Any experiences would be appreciated.
