banana cookies!
these have a short bread like consistency. they were really fun to make, reminded me of my playdoh days (not too far back). :)
edit: oops, i forgot the recipe. i based it off of a sugar cookie recipe.
it came out to something like this:
2 1/4 cup flour
1.5 cups sugar
3/4 cup earth balance
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 bananas
TONS OF FOOD COLORING
lol. im not really big on baking so its definitely low tech (like my ms paint skillz). im not really vegan either.
