Cookie question re: brown vs. regular sugar
I'm making a simple sugar cookie recipe and just noticed that it calls for the cookies to be rolled in sugar and cinnamon before they're baked. It specifies granulated sugar, but all I have on hand right now is brown sugar. Will this be a problem?
