As a shy introvert and grateful to be in a household with other people in the lockdown (to an extent mind you), I am learning to adapt to this new kind of living situation. There are things which of course cannot be done unless you are in the office but still...let me focus more with less distractions where appropriate.

I regret not going to work for a day or two during the Christmas break. It would save me feeling stressed and more accomplished with the tasks that I need to catch up on.
