Are you seeing someone about the lingering feelings you have about your bullying? It seems like you have a lot to work through - understandably.

No, since I've yet to fully admit to myself that I might actually need to talk to someone so I'm not ... at the place where I can sit down with my parent(s) and tell them I need it.

Plus, yeah, I have things to work through, but do I really need someone else to do it. Like, SOMEONE. This is what's happening in my brain these days.

Believe me, I get it. I couldn't admit that I needed help until I was half insane with sleep deprivation and anxiety. When I finally went and got the help I needed I wished I had done it much sooner. But you have to be ready.

If you think you can work through it without professional help I think it's okay to try that first. As long as you're not ignoring your feelings. (Which you totally aren't since you're talking about it.)

Yeah, I mean, I know that it might makes things a lot better, because I think I solve a lot of things talking about it and I know that when I talk to my friend P who I met like... not a year ago, I feel better, because she only knows me as I am today and she listens to what I say when I'm talking about my experience and feelings. While, sometimes, talking to someone who was there is like... "nope, that's NOT how it went down, no matter how much you thought it was". *sigh* I don't know.
