When You Close Your Eyes.........
Turkey Day.....gotta love grubbin turkey that is really moist. I ended up going to my twin sister's house to grub. My mom was there. She wasn't quit as bad as she was last year, at my older sister's place. She still was annoyingly in my sister and brother-in-laws faces every chance she could, while they cooked.
I dragged dark_blu with me. Thanx for putting up with it. Anyhoooo.... my day started out as such:
Phone call at 11:51am. It was a call to tell me I was NOT cast in The Miss Firecracker Contest. I'm alright with who was cast though. As I stated before, no matter who is cast, the show will be excellent. Who knows, this may be better for me.
I am awaiting word about a movie. There is a zombie flick being filmed January to April, here in Sacramento. I'm waiting to find out if there is a stipend and mainly times of filming. I cannot let it get in the way of work. It might also cross hours with The Hobbit rehearsals (if I get into that show.)
I talked to Brianna today. She was having a blast cooking. I bet it would rock to kick it in a kitchen with her. Both us whirling about doing our different dishes. It's been quite some years since I've actually been with a woman who cooked as much as myself. Jessica and I used to have a blast cooking, when we were living in South San Francisco. It's such a wonderful bonding experience.
NOW, i'm wasting time. I'm gonna head out at like 4:00am - 4:15am to go get parking and hit Wal-Mart. YES, I said that store. The store is having some serious extra sale going on from 5am-11am. Figured I could get myself some new towels, flannel pajamas and eve a really good set of cookware. You can't beat a 20 piece set of Farberware for 40 some odd dollars. I need a new set of pans and stuff and this shit looks absolutely stupendous.
