• We slept in a bit...every once in a while Sydney sleeps in past 7:30, which is sad that 7:30 feels like sleeping in, but still the extra sleep is glorious.
• I got to go out to Olive Garden with some of the other law school wives for lunch.  It was nice to be out with the girls and not have kids with us.
• We went shopping and I got a new coat for $30.  ( Read more... )

Oh man, I laughed so hard.  What a way to try to describe that.

Today, we woke up and slowly got ready.  I made some waffles that tasted like french toast, which was pretty good.  We went out and priced herbs for a window sill garden.  Orem is doing some construction on the street that Wal-mart is on, so we had to deal with that.  We ended up buying stuff for some sandwiches for lunch, including some juice, ( Read more... )

Early meetings, like any normal Sunday.  We got up early, ate breakfast and got ready for the day.  Got to the church and Charles went to his meetings.  I went and practiced piano, in case I needed to play for Primary today.  Sang with the choir, but I wasn't feeling great, so it was really uncomfortable to sing between all of the people there.  ( Read more... )

I am never up quite this late anymore.  I just can't make it.  But, I HAD to get Elisha's taxes figured out, so Charles and I have been working on that since we finished watching Leno's monologue for the night.  Oy...that girl had better be thankful for the headache we went through for her.  I am very glad that I did not decide to be an accountant ( Read more... )

Why do people HAVE to play their bass up as loud as they can?  Does it really enhance the song all that much?  Personally, I think if you're going to play the bass loud enough for the block to hear, you might as well play the rest of the song at the same volume.
