Charles had an extra long bishopric meeting, so he was gone by 7:10. I got kids going, got myself ready, prepared dinner and the dessert, and had us all to church on time. Charles got up early and went to play stake basketball. The kids and I had eggs for breakfast and got ready for the day. When Charles got home, he started working on getting the old dishwasher out and widening the spot for the new dishwasher. Sydney started back at school today. Crawford and I went to the scout office to turn in some paperwork. We then ran to the store and then to story time at the library. It was so cold today. Having church at 11 makes a world of difference in how our day goes. Charles went to Bishopric and Ward Council at 8, while I got kids ready, got myself ready, feed the kids breakfast and a light lunch, did some Primary stuff, and got dinner cooking in the crockpot. Another final for Charles today, so we got up about 8:30 and he studied while I laid in bed for a little while and got ready for the day.  We went up to campus and he took his final.  I waited and planned a lesson for Primary and made a shopping list and organized Charles' book bag.  The final took half an hour longer than Charles thought it would ( Read more... )

So, after watching Miriam Friday Night and all day Saturday, Charles and I essentially crashed into bed Saturday Night.  When we woke up on Sunday, Charles' cold was still bothering him, so he decided that he needed to rest and recuperate so that he would be good for work on Monday.  Which meant that I had to go to church alone.  It wasn't that bad ( Read more... )
