BBM: Sure, Mrs. Trowbridge, but he's with a customer right now, can he call you back?
me: Of course, just slip him a note that I'm returning his call.
BBM: I can do that. What's you name so I can tell him who called?
me: (picture very quizzical look) Hi Wife, I think he knows my name by now.
so first off - the answer to my first question of "can I speak to him?" should have been NO HE'S WITH A CUSTOMER.
And secondly, you just called me 'Mrs. Trowbridge" so I guess it's just me, but I ASSUMED (and we all know what that means) you knew who I was. ummmmmm Wayne's wife. Does he have more than one?? If the answer to that is yes- he probably won't be in work tomorrow cuz I'm going to kill him.
