So my first official act as Office Manager is to fire the girl who does the mail.
While she put the correct address on the envelope, she put the wrong name on it. Yes the contents were correct, but the Dr got a bit upset that the name was incorrect. So I'll have to fire her today - o wait - I do the mail!
