Poll The news wouldn't be the news without the news...

Considering the amount of coverage given some recent news, I find myself in even less of any hurry to do anything about television reception.

April 15th was the U.S. tax deadline and also a day of protests. Some claimed this was top-down thing and pointed to a few folks at the supposed "top" pushing it, but it happened all over without that. It seems that I might have made a mistake with my last post. If it was just the screen text it would be easy to believe it was a simple mistake. It seems now that there were other repeated mislabellings, including if I read it correctly, voiced directly by program participants. Fox goofed and put a D behind Foley's name. That has gotten posted and re-posted all over LJ. It reminded me of something. Back in May there was a similar goof regarding Congressman William Jefferson:

The current Big Story is about wiretapping with one end of the conversation being in the U.S.A. and whether or not such wiretapping is legal. But the wiretapping itself isn't what I'm on about just now. What I wonder about is the reporting of it, or more specifically the delayed reporting of it.
