In honor of the New York Yankees "earning" the wild card slot in the playoffs and bumping the Detroit Tigers out of contention, I give you Doug Stanhope:
"I hate the Yankees...that's the only reason I watch baseball is to watch the Yankees lose. Just cuz they buy their team and their fans are so obnoxious...like, if you're going to be just, cheering in the stands, pick an underdog - have some character. If you have money on the game, that's different...that's like having stock in a company. But if you're just going to be a loudmouthed, beer-fueled assbag in the stands pick an underdog - rooting for the Yankees is like going to a casino and cheering for the house. They're supposed to win. You're standing behind the blackjack table going Ha! Dealer busted your ass, bitch! That's my dealer...I've got my dealer jersey on!"
