Sharp Dressed Man

The entire crew is going to be interviewed for Starfleet's inquiry into the imposter Janeway affair, although it is primarily the actions of the officers which will be closely scrutinized. T'Vit, the Murgatroid's quartermaster, has been working very hard making sure that all of the crewmembers have new and properly-fitted dress uniforms -- this is difficult, because many of the crew have never worn one before, and some have never worn any uniform, so their up-to-date measurements are not in the computer.
One of Captain Jellico's first directives upon taking command of the Murgatroid was his T.G.I.F. Policy, which stated that (1) Fridays were casual days, and (2) every day was Friday. ("T.G.I.F." stands for "Tonic and Gin, It's Friday!") I have a dress uniform, because as first officer I am occasionally required to attend Starfleet functions in formalwear; but normally on the Murgatroid I wear an older style of uniform. The captain tells me that I am "retro", whatever that means.
