Recently each time there's a spate of tragedies in the news (constantly, but they seem to come in pulses) I've been thinking of this bumper sticker. Only it doesn't exist. Thanks to heavenscalyx for reminding me, 8 years ago today I became incredibly proud of Massachusetts for being the first state to grant the civil right of marriage to same sex couples.
