I had my first class for my fourth degree (that's FOURTH, number four) last night. It was grand. It was exciting, like it reminded me that things can be done.

I do so love to learn.

I had two Volvo moments in one day. I drove in convoy with a matching Volvo 240 stationwagon for 45 minutes with much hooting and hollering and waving. It was fun. I've finished coursework. No more uni classes. 21 days of school though, and I'm a teacher. But! But. No more lectures. No more tutes. No more... teachers dirty looks. Or something.

To celebrate, have some marriage to the sea. My final challenge is to teach children to make graphs out of balloons.

i'm naaarrrrvous about going back to uni tomorrow. there'll be all new people, and they'll all be like, 'i'm scared because i don't know how to be a teacher' and i'll be all like 'suck it up, bitches, i'm halfway through this course' and then i will sit in the corner alone for the semester because I won't have made any friends that way ( Read more... )
